William D. Nichol is the executive director of the Canadian Justice Review Board. He is a retired businessman, a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and former C.E.O. of THD Industries (Canada) Limited. He has also been chairman of the Ridgeview Community Association and served for a number of years on the board of directors and as treasurer of the City of Ottawa Old Forge Community Resource Centre.
