Larry Elford

Larry Elford brings to the board forty years experience in the financial industry, which he applies to advocating for fair, honest and un-conflicted regulation of investment practices. At the annual general meeting held in October 2018,   Larry Elford was elected to the position of chairman of the board

 

Mr. Elford is a nationally recognized expert, speaker and commentator on predatory financial practices and has appeared in several  investigative reports about systemic investment malpractice. He is a court certified expert in misconduct and malpractice in investment advisory services.

 

He has testified as a witness in Ottawa and Queens Park to several parliamentary Committees on Finance as well as Justice and Human Rights.

 

In 2009 he produced a documentary film for investors, legislators and those wishing to better understand systemic financial crime in Canada, and in 2018 he released a book on his current understanding of the effects on both Canadian and US society caused by systemic  financial abuse and it’s many organized players.
